As a global brand of formwork and scaffolding, KITSEN has been strictly following the quality control procedures of IQC (Incoming Quality Control), IPQC (In-process Quality Control) and FQC (Final Quality Control).
The flowchart of KITSEN Quality Control System
When the raw material arrives at the factory, the QC staff will create an inspection plan once they receive the incoming inspection notice and conduct the inspection within one working day. If it is an urgent order, this inspection could even be completed within 2 hours.
In the process of production, the QC staff will follow the IPQC procedure with the first article inspection to be completed within 5 hours. Then they will arrange the process inspection and final inspection during the mass production. If the semi-finished products failed the inspection, those products will be processed with the non-conforming quality control procedure to ensure only the qualified products are handed to the warehouse.
Lastly, after receiving the shipment notice, the QC staff will arrange the final inspection, they will check the relevant information and conduct sampling inspection. If the non-conforming products occurs, they will handle these products according to the non-conforming quality control procedure to ensure only the standardized products are shipping out of the factory.
